Highlight: got my parents' internet back up and running! I'll be here for at least a couple of months so I'm glad it's as it should be.
Lowlight: the internet is... not very good. I think we ought to contact them again about it because the download speed is bad and the signal is coming up as very weak even one room away from the router.

I feel your pain. :') We've had similar troubles here, though it seems better in the last couple of days... we've kind of been bugging BT about it a lot, so, maybe they were able to do something about it.
WL: found someone on Facebook I haven't seen since I was... what, ten? We were good friends then, but I don't think I'll contact him. It's just interesting seeing how he's grown up. Studying molecular physics, must be pretty bright.
