Only Yesterday. It's from the key scene of the whole film, near the end, the drive at night in the car. A great scene, the kind of scene that once you watched it, you remember it for ever.

That is from Umi ga Kikoeru [I Can Hear the Sea]... aka Ocean Waves. And that is near the end of the movie when Rikako gets yelled at by the other girls.
