When Marnie Was There (currently ranked #9) and Kiki's Delivery Service (currently ranked #7) have met twice in the group stage, with each coming out on top once. But they last met in the 2023 quarter finals, where Kiki got a narrow win.

That's the end of voting in Quarter Final 2! The result was a 2-2 draw, so When Marnie Was There progresses due to earning more points in the group stage.

It will face The Tale of Princess Kaguya in Semi Final 1 starting this Friday!
