I rode my first airplane when I was five. A Lockheed Constellation, I believe it was. The four-engine prop job with the three tail rudders. I was by myself and was allowed to sit on the co-pilots lap while we were in the air until I spilled his coffee on the pilots lap. I guess that's one reason why they don't let kids up there anymore... (true story). I've also flown small aircraft (with the pilot in the next seat)... Fun, Fun, Fun...

That made me think of a spinning, musical top that I had when I was THREE!!! I remember it because I was in TB hospital in Vancouver at the time and couldn't spin it on my bed. It had to have a hard surface, which of course I couldn't understand, just frustrated that it wouldn't work except on the floor. Where I wasn't allowed to go very much. Maybe the frustration is why I have that memory... lol

Yyyynope. Hardly read them to subscribe to any. Besides, I ain't buying a thin piece of reading material half-filled with ads. I mean, really. Maybe if there are some good articles I might buy one once in a while, but that's it.

Hahah, yes. Very much. I'd love to travel to India, China and Thailand and find out how the real thing tastes versus what we get in England, though going there would really be about discovering the cultures that create those foods.
