1. Spirited Away
2. Whisper of the Heart
3. Howl's Moving Castle
4. Princess Mononke
5. Nausicca
6. Grave of the Fireflies (so sad)
This is just the order I would put them in. I love them all though.

I'd have to say Spirited Away, and than comes Mononoke Hime, and than HMC
I love Spirited Away because of the storyline's deep connection to spirituality and it's sensitivity towards human emotions. Also, when you watch it, it stirs something deep within you. There's apart of you, that little child in you, watching it and thinking that it could be you, just wanting to be apart of that movie so intently.
Princess Mononoke is an entirely different story of sorts.
It's heart-wrenching, it tears it's viewer inside out. But, the tragedy makes it beautiful. And I love it's connection with nature, and Japanese myth.
Howl's Moving Castle, now that is an experience individual from any other Ghibli film.
I don't find it very spiritual, or very heart-wrenching. It's really just a simple storyline laced with elegant artistry.
But, what makes it so different is the story within the story. A kind of timeless tale everyone treasures from every era. A story of finding onesself. And that's what makes it so sweet.
xDD Ok I'll stop now xDD

I like your comment here. It's one of the reasons that I enjoy Mononoke so much. Beautiful film. The opening scene with the narration and the classical music. Perfect
Btw I love your Kodamas. The other day I got this tailor to make me a kodama badge for my backpack. I can't help it they're so cute hehe!

If you haven't already seen My Neighbor Totoro, I think you'd like it if those are your reasons for enjoying Spirited Away so much.
