Hello

I am trying to find a way to tour Ghibli Studio rather than Ghibli Museum which I got a tour ticket already.

I am going to visit Japan this Nov 2013 and trying to find my best way to visit Ghibli Studio.

welcome to the wonderful and mysterious universe of studio ghibli

i think you must have a special link (like journalist or actor or famous entrepreneurs) to visit the studio. you can easily get to the spot but can not enter. So in my humble opinion it is safest to make sure your entry before you leave country from a famous(link) of yours and take him with you.

i am saying this because in their website it is clearly stated that they do not allow visitors in the studio


However there is always exceptions such as recently a visit was allowed to a chinese student.

So hope for the best and prepare for the worst.

Like saviour said though, u can always just walk around outside it. When i go to japan, i plan to go out of my way to just be able to see the building where the magic is created.
