It is the scene just after he goes to the bank and finishes paying off his plane, then he goes to pick up his new gun and ammo and then when the kid that serves him tells him about the new bullets Porco says he is only a bounty hunter, not fighting a war, then the kid asks the old man, 'What is the difference between fighting a war and and bounty hunting?' to which the old man replies with your quote!!!!
