My mom made an awesome dinner and Ireland qualified for euro 2012. Pretty decent day i guess...

received my third invite for Thanksgiving turkey dinner and I have to work on that day until the next morning.

So now I have been told by each inviter that they will bring me a plate of turkey dinner the next day... lol

Mmmmmmmm turkey season i started bringing a pillow to school to help me get through the more boring classes, its got its own pencil case so it doesnt get dirty. Definitly the greatest idea iv ever had

I guess my highlight for today is... snow!

Going away with scouts for the weekend so that should be the highlight for the next few days

Hearing that UP 844's running tomorrow.

For your information, 844 is some large steam locomotive which looks like it's straight out of a Steampunk anime.

Went with my ol' Navy buddy and worked on the Vietnam Memorial boat down in San Diego today and stopped by at the parasailing site where he flies from quite often. Only today, some ding-a-ling flier who apparently doesn't listen to advice from the more experienced fliers got himself into trouble and had to be rescued by the local Police helicopter...

I got a sore throat from being out in the cold air so long while waiting for the rescue to be attempted.

Highlight of the day was Liverpool (the soccer team i support) beating Chelsea (a team i depise) with a dramatic late winner, by far the happiest person on earth after that

Over the weekend i was on a 'im a celebrity get me out of here' themed weekend with scouts. If anyone has seen the show, it would probably look mild in comparison with some of the stuff we got up to

Weird-Light: Discovering my hatred towards racist people. :I

HL: Almost done getting together the boyfriend's Christmas present~. Hand knit scarf (I can't knit sadly, but it's one I bought at a craft fair and it's really nice) and chocolate and a movie featuring one of my favourite Asian singers. XD Oh my god, he'll either love it or hate me.. I discovered the movie store actually carries quite a few Asian movie titles I didn't think I'd ever find for sale here. o.o; I think he'll like it, he knows how much I like the singer. It's just... me being silly. lol

Also came to discover the people working at the bubble tea place I go to are Korean, or at least four to five of the workers are. :'D Cuz I understood what the girl who took my order said to the girl beside her. Success~!

Bought a beautiful teacup from 1940s Japan. <3 There's slight chipping on the saucer but over all very nice, especially the teacup. I have another one from the late 1800s to the 1930s, from some place we've never found china from. It's extremely colourful and golden.

I love teacups. I've bought so many dishes lately.. I have two pretty rice bowls from a Chinese market. They were cheap and so pretty I wanted them. I have quite the collection of dishes and teacups.. but nowhere to place them all. Just like my manga. :I

Three hours of sleep after school. What more could you ask for?

HL: Rearranged areas in my room~. Why am I suddenly so extremely feminine? I've become more feminine in the past year than I ever was in the past. ._.

Even my style is changing... Pretty sure I'll be winning the title of Best Dressed. o.o A lot of people put me down. Mind our graduating class is just a bit over 100 people.. But to us, that's a lotta people graduatin'!

I'm feeling a bit more positive despite how badly stressed out I've been. I'm not seeing university as scary anymore, so much as nervous as to what my life will be like then. But I'm pretty sure it will be okay.. it seems I know how to handle money better than my friends do. And often if I buy things they're for long term use.

Now just waiting on seeing whether I will be accepted early to university... O.O ... kinda nervous. But I don't feel like.. I won't get in. No, I think I will. Now that I have two choices for near home.

Once my friend comes back from the hospital, hopefully she'll be able to apply for universities and we can rent an appartment together. She's feeling better~.

That's called growing up and some feel more feminine early and some later and some never really do. I knew a lady named Charlotte many, many years ago. Married and two kids and and still with her hubby. She would rather tear apart an engine, getting all greased and gunked from head to toe than do housework. Definitely a tomboy type and she was in her 30's at the time. She was a much better mechanic than her husband

Saw the first picture of my niece today, really nice moment even though it could be years until i actually see her.... it was a niece moment to say the least ill let myself out....
