No. XD He was outside. He was big, a snapper. Luckily he wasn't angry.
I think it was a female looking for a nesting area. We didn't realize what type she was until later. We put her near water without realizing she needed only fresh and the water there was fresh mixed with salt. :s so hoping she makes it to the river nearby and not the ocean and dies.
HL: I got a job. <3 YES. YES. YES.
11 days until I'm done with high school forever.
My boyfriend is so proud of me, when I got told I had a job, he snatched me up and hugged me.
He was looking at apartments in his home country. He wants to get one and then rent it out to make money. :B The plus side is if we get married, we can go there on vacation. The bad news is it's freaking tall and scary looking to me who can't stand heights.

Apparently, the finalists for the Sasuke Singapore have already been contacted, but for myself, I didn't receive any word.
Feeling extremely disheartened. The kind where you wonder what the hell you spent all that time and effort for.

HL: Got a lot of graduation money and great food.
LLLL: I learnt today that my very favourite teacher has been let go from my school. Oh my god, it was awful... Why her?
She was one of four teachers under a type of contract (my mother being a teacher, I understood what everything meant). She's probably have more teaching years had she not gone to school to almost get her doctorate.
Well, even though she is a specialty teacher and is definitely one of the most wanted teachers at our school, they decided it was her they would let go. She was told yesterday. It shocked her so bad she didn't understand what to do, so they let her go home with another teacher and then went and ate lunch with her husband. And cried.
She is one of the happiest people around, so I hope things look up for her. She already has something on the side she can do for work and can stay home and raise her daughter. There's a bigger school that wants her also. But this was the first school she actually liked and felt accepted at. It really broke so many hearts. So many. But she's strong, she'll make it through.
It hurt a lot to stop from crying. I can't imagine how the teachers feel about this...

Unfortunately, husky, my whole life is littered with series of rejections. Almost nobody ever gives me the chance to prove myself at anything when I offer it, even though I have scores of people who can testify on what I can do, and do it very well at that. The few people who do give me a chance are the people who already know first-hand of my abilities.
It's very heartbreaking to put in so much effort for naught. Very.

I hope so too.
Sadly, my life thinks otherwise: my computer's fan broke down, now using my netbook. And my headphone's rubber bud is missing.
One more major tournament this weekend. Not much confidence in it, but I pray all goes well, since this one has an equally big prize at stake: winner of Pokemon Nationals gets an all-expenses-paid trip to Hawaii for Worlds Tournament. Only other way is to score an invite by your ratings and pay over a grand to fly there yourself.

HL: Ice cream, hair done.
LL: still upset over my teacher leaving. I gave her a chocolate bar and she seemed happy.
My dog leaves us tomorrow to go live with a trainer who will assess if he can be kept as a pet anymore. I'm sad over that so I'll probably have my boyfriend pick me up and take me somewhere during that time period so I'm not home.

I got my hair done and then went for ice cream, silly.
LL: I couldn't study last night due to being so upset over my dog. I'm going to miss him, but I... we can't do anything. We can't keep him. I'm just gonna have to try and focus on graduation. Right now he's whining..
I heard sirens... TT.TT
HL: Well, it's pretty out today, I can crack the book open for a bit, and try and go out with my boyfriend later, then study again. I just need to get out and go somewhere.
Finally feeling a bit more emotional today. lol There's a reason I'm happy for that.

hahaha, I knew, more or less, what you meant, but I have fun taking your words literally, lol
I am so used to hearing sirens that I pretty much ignore them, except when driving, of course... I live a block away from a medium/ maximum security jail and every once in a while, there are a LOT of cops cars rushing en masse to the area. Usually, though, there are frequently ambulances going to the jail for medical emergencies and here, the way it works, is that a fire engine truck and an ambulance are both sent on any distress call.

Good luck with the tourney, Roar.
HL: None in particular, it's been an uneventful day.
LL: Meh. Feeling slightly ill.

LL: Today, can you just end already?
... On second thought, don't. I'll be royally screwed for my exam if you were to vanish right now.
My dog is gone (still want to cry). And guess what? I flooded my basement during my scheduled studying time. FML.
My boyfriend was supposed to come over and help but took three hours. By then, it was nearly all gone. Oh well, his mom made him do chores before he could.
HL: I can actually remember quite a bit of what I have to write on this exam. Still not looking forward to it. Apparently we have a meeting right after, and they won't tell us for what. I'm likely gonna miss it due to the fact I'll take forever finishing that exam.

HL: Met up with a friend today for iced tea and a subway and spent a few hours mooching and catching up - it was nice Plus my mum promised to buy me some extremely beautiful Jeffrey Campbell shoes after we move, woo.
LL: Awkward attempts to talk to people are awkward. Realised my passport is going to run out of date soon and I'll have to spend a few weeks with no valid ID until my new one arrives :/
