Got it I think, I can't think of any other scene it would be in, so here it goes is it when Haru walks in and her mum says it because there are patchworks and pieces of quilt everywhere! She then goes on to ask her if she could start dinner!!

I thought it would be, however I can't give the full sentence without giving you the film, but seems as your the first to post in a while husky and to keep the thread moving I will give a clue that should give it away.

The clue is that it is from a recent Miyazaki film!!
