Also read about it being time zone sensitive- not good if it is he he, have to get up at 3 in the morning.

Our Avatar system is a bit buggy. You just have to keep uploading the file until it appears.

That said, do please ensure that your avatar size is within limits, and that you're not hotlinking from sites that disallow hotlinking.
