We have established models of deep wound infection in mice, guinea pigs, rats and rabbits. Among them, taking mice as an example, we first used a biopsy punch to form a 6mm deep wound on the back surface of the thoracic spine of the mouse, and then directly inoculated the test bacteria on the wound surface to form an infected deep wound model. |
